2.1 Food Supplements

Glucorin is classified as a food supplement under EU Directive 2002/46/EC on the approximation of the laws of Member States relating to food supplements, as implemented in Norway through Forskrift om kosttilskudd (Regulations on Food Supplements) issued pursuant to the Norwegian Food Act (Matloven, Act of 19 December 2003 No. 124).

Food supplements are regulated by Mattilsynet (the Norwegian Food Safety Authority). Glucorin complies with the applicable labelling requirements and maximum levels for vitamins and minerals as set out in EU regulations adopted by Norway via the EEA Agreement.

2.2 Health Claims

All nutrient and health claims used in connection with Glucorin comply with Regulation (EC) No 1924/2006 on nutrition and health claims made on foods, applicable in Norway via the EEA Agreement. Only authorised claims included in the EU Register of Nutrition and Health Claims are used.

2.3 Consumer Protection

Our commercial practices comply with the Norwegian Marketing Control Act (Markedsføringsloven, Act of 9 January 2009 No. 2), which prohibits unfair and misleading commercial practices, and the Norwegian Consumer Purchase Act (Forbrukerkjøpsloven, Act of 21 June 2002 No. 34).

2.4 E-Commerce

Our online sales activities comply with the Norwegian Act on Electronic Commerce and Other Information Society Services (Ehandelsloven, Act of 23 May 2003 No. 35) and the EU Distance Selling Directive as transposed into Norwegian law.

Chraxellhlix is registered for Value Added Tax (MVA) in Norway. Food supplements in Norway are subject to the standard VAT rate of 25%. All prices displayed on our website are inclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated.

4.3 Courts

Disputes not resolved by the above methods may be brought before the competent Norwegian courts. The courts of Kristiansund, Norway have primary jurisdiction over disputes relating to our operations, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection provisions entitling you to bring proceedings in your local courts.

5. Applicable Law

These legal terms and our contractual relationship with you are governed by the laws of Norway, unless mandatory consumer protection provisions in your country of residence grant you greater protection, in which case those provisions shall apply.

The trade name "Chraxellhlix", the product name "Glucorin", and all associated logos, trademarks, and branding elements are the property of Chraxellhlix. Unauthorised use of these intellectual property assets is strictly prohibited.
