Return & Refund Policy

1. Your Right of Withdrawal (Angreretten)

Under the Norwegian Right of Withdrawal Act (Angrerettloven, Act of 20 June 2014 No. 27) and EU Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days without giving any reason.

The 14-day withdrawal period begins on the day you (or a third party you designate, other than the carrier) receive the ordered goods.

2. How to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by an unambiguous statement (e.g., a letter or email) before the 14-day period expires. You may contact us by:

Please include your full name, order number, email address, and a clear statement that you wish to withdraw from your purchase. We will send you an acknowledgement of your withdrawal request by email.

3. Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from your purchase, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the standard delivery cost (but not any supplementary costs arising from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery we offer).

We will make the reimbursement without undue delay and no later than 14 days after the day we receive the returned goods or evidence that you have returned them, whichever is earlier.

We will carry out the reimbursement using the same means of payment you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. You will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

4. Returning the Products

You must send back the goods without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 calendar days from the day on which you communicated your withdrawal to us. The deadline is met if you send the goods back before the 14-day period has expired.

You bear the direct cost of returning the goods unless we have agreed to bear these costs.

Please ensure that returned goods are adequately packed to prevent damage in transit. We recommend using a trackable shipping method. We cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in return transit.

5. Condition of Returned Goods

You are responsible for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling the goods beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.

We may reduce your refund to reflect any loss in value of the goods if this is caused by unnecessary handling on your part. Where the diminished value exceeds the refund amount, you may be asked to pay the difference.

6. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to the following types of goods:

• Sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, where the seal has been broken after delivery.

Glucorin packaging includes a tamper-evident seal. Once the outer seal has been broken after delivery, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for hygiene reasons in accordance with the Angrerettloven.

We strongly recommend inspecting the packaging upon receipt and not opening it until you have decided whether to retain your purchase.

7. Faulty or Incorrect Goods

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at mail-us-@chraxellhlix.world, including your order number and photographs of the issue where applicable.

Under the Norwegian Consumer Purchase Act (Forbrukerkjøpsloven), you are entitled to a remedy for defective goods. Your options may include repair, replacement, a price reduction, or cancellation of the contract and a full refund, depending on the circumstances.

In the case of faulty or incorrect goods, we will cover the cost of return shipping.
